If completing this form on a computer that is running Windows 10 please use the Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer or Opera browser.
We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our web site uses code that has worked for several years and this problem is not of our making; it’s a problem with the Edge browser.
Applications must be received no later than ten working days before the first of the classroom based sessions start.
Applications from students with special exam requirements must be received no later than five weeks before the first of the classroom-based sessions start. This is so that we can arrange with the Radio Society of Great Britain (RSGB) for any special requirements to be put in place; this can take a few weeks.
Applications received after the deadline, even if paid for in full, may not be processed. These application deadlines are in place to ensure that we comply with the RSGB’s strict exam registration deadlines, so we are sorry that it is not possible to adjust them.
In the case that your application is received after the deadline we will try to offer you either a full refund of course/exam fees paid to us, or we can apply them against a future course.
By applying for a course with the Southport & District Amateur Radio Club you are deemed to have read and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
The application is in two parts, a form for us at the Southport & District Amateur Radio Club and a second form that has to be submitted by us to the RSGB. You can apply for our next Intermediate course by post, or on-line…
We’re sorry, on-line applications for our courses is currently suspended. Please apply by post or by visiting one of our meetings.
