DXCC NEWS ---> The 3Y0E operation from Bouvet Island (December 2007-February 2008) has been approved for DXCC credit. If you had cards rejected for this operation, please send an e-mail to the ARRL DXCC Desk (dxcc@arrl.org) to have your DXCC record updated.
NOT THE MANAGER ---> Bill, K8ZBY says he is still getting cards for 9K2FM, but he is not and has never been the QSL manager for this station.
PROJECT GOODWILL KOSOVA ---> G3TXF, N7NG, OH2BH, OH2PM, ON8NC and W3UR were active from Kosova with licences issued by UNMIK (the United Nations Mission In Kosovo) on 16-21 February, "in an effort to support and help revitalize Amateur Radio locally". QSL YU8/homecall via home calls, QSL YU8/OH2R via OH2BN. As for the DXCC status of Kosova, it will be added to the DXCC list (1) when it becomes a member of the UN, or (2) if it receives a prefix bloc from the ITU. The date upon which either (1) or (2) occurs will be the event date (see http://www.arrl.org/blog/DXCC%20Dialog).

QSL VIA K3IRV ---> Effective immediately, due to the illness of the former QSL manager (K3PD), Irv, K3IRV has taken over the QSL duties for the following calls: 5N0NAS, 5Z4ES, 9Z4DI, BX2/NE3H, C95WH, EL2JH, FM5WE, OX3SA, T32Z, T88RZ, TA3DD, VP2MNI, VP5FEB, ZL2MAT, Z21FO, Z21GC, Z21GX, Z22JE, ZS4U, ZS6CCY and ZS9X.
