+ SILENT KEYS + ARM Secretary General Claude Passet (3A2LF) reports that Henri "Henky" van Klaveren, 3A2AH passed away on 8 March at 84 years of age. A founding member of the Association des Radioamateurs de Monaco (ARM) back in 1953, he had also served as IARU Region I liaison officer for several years until 1996. Other recently reported Silent Keys include Francisco "Paco" Fernandes (CO6FA), Louese Bloom (KA6ING) and Vytas Matonis (LY2IC).
